Account and sign-in

Sign in#

Go to stirling.com/app and enter your email and password, or choose Sign in with Google, Sign in with GitHub or Use magic link instead (Stirling emails you a sign-in link).

Create an account#

Select Create an account on the sign-in page. Sign up with Google or GitHub, or with your email and a password of at least 6 characters, then open the confirmation link if one is emailed to you.

Reset your password#

Select Forgot your password? on the sign-in page. Enter your email and select Send reset link, then follow the link in the email.

Use Stirling as a guest#

Select Skip → on the sign-in page. Guests can use every manual PDF tool. AI tools, automation, the Processor, API keys, MCP and saving files to Stirling Cloud need an account.

To keep a guest account, open Settings → Account Settings → Overview, fill in Upgrade Guest Account and select Upgrade Account.

Change your password#

Open Settings → Account Settings → Passwords & Security and select Change password.

Sign out#

Open Settings → Account Settings → Overview and select Log out.

Delete your account#

Open Settings → Account Settings → Overview, select Delete Account, type your email address and select Delete My Account. Deletion is permanent. Guest accounts do not have this option.
